Tasks:
Close contact with customers, subcontractors, and colleges in other countries
Creation and booking of transport orders by rail, ferry, and road solutions in Europe
Order processing from pick up and transport to invoicing
Handling customer complaints/ Customer service

Background and experience we are looking for:
Experiences from a freight forwarding/logistics company
Good network of contacts with railway, ferry & trucking companies
Good German and English skills
Strong customer and service orientation
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Good knowledge of common MS Office programs.
