Responsibilities:
The chosen candidate will
undergo training
and will be responsible for:Managing and maintaining the IT platform and associated systems. Overseeing interface management, process monitoring, and system performance. Performing error analysis and troubleshooting as part of 2nd/3rd level support. Acting as the primary contact for inquiries related to processes. Working alongside customers and service providers to evaluate new functionalities.
Profile:
The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications and skills:
Relevant project experience in the IT sector. A strong commitment to ongoing personal development and growth within the company.
Language Skills:
Fluency in German at a minimum of C1 level
is required, with proficiency in English being a plus.Job Type: Full-time
