About this role

We are looking for

Infrastructure Engineers (f/m/x)

to strengthen our cloud and platform foundations and help empower teams to build, deploy, and operate software solutions.


In this role, you’ll work at the core of

cloud infrastructure, developer experience, and reliability

. You’ll design scalable and secure systems on AWS, evolve our

infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD practices

, and contribute to a culture of

optimization, observability, and continuous improvement

.


You’ll collaborate closely with product and engineering teams, translating business needs into resilient platform solutions and

mentoring others to adopt best practices

. This is an opportunity to contribute directly to how we build and operate at scale, while continuing to grow your autonomy, impact, and technical depth.


The role is

hybrid in the Netherlands or Berlin

, with a

bi-weekly commitment to travel to the office

.

What you will do

--------------------

Design, build, and maintain highly scalable and resilient infrastructure on AWS.

Lead the development and implementation of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC)

using Terraform within well-defined scopes.

Contribute to monitoring and observability strategy

, using tools such as Grafana and Sentry. Identify and address sources of

technical debt

, continuously improving system reliability and performance. Communicate clearly about

trade-offs, timelines, and priorities

, ensuring alignment with product and engineering goals.

Proactively improve automation, observability, and deployment pipelines

to x^.

What you need

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

4+ years

of hands-on experience in platform engineering, DevOps, SRE, or related roles, with significant experience in

AWS

. Strong expertise in

cloud infrastructure (AWS)

,

Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform)

,

GitOps

,

CI/CD systems

, and

observability stacks

. Solid understanding of

security best practices

in cloud and platform environments. Skilled at breaking down complex problems into

practical, actionable solutions

, prioritizing impact and maintainability over perfectionism. Analytical mindset with both

technical and product awareness

. Experience working in a

start-up or scale-up environment

, comfortable with fast-paced and evolving needs. Excellent

communication and collaboration skills

, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
