What you’ll do

You will be one of our central contacts for information security to our clients.


Respond to security questionnaires, RFPs, and due diligence requests from customers Ensure accurate, consistent answers using our internal knowledge base and supporting tools (e.g. genAI) Act as an interface between internal teams (Sales, Legal, IT, Product) and customers regarding information security Maintain and expand our security knowledge base Support the creation, review, and update of policies, guidelines, and security documentation Contribute to our compliance programs (ISO 27001/27701, TISAX) including monitoring, audits, and reviews Participate in customer security assessments and audits Assist with internal security awareness activities (e.g. trainings, phishing simulations) Contribute to supplier reviews and vendor risk management

What makes you a great fit

You have already 1-2 years of experience in Information Security, GRC Privacy or Audit roles You have a basic understanding of information security management frameworks, such as ISO 27001, and how they are applied in the context related systems, processes, and technology You can demonstrate knowledge of information security assessments, customer or client interactions in the context of providing assurance and building trust You can communicate cross culturally and enjoy working in an environment that covers various regions and countries

Bonus points (helpful, not required)

Experience with working on threat models for cloud-based SaaS applications

How we work

For this role we are looking for someone who is willing working hybrid in our Berlin office We are only able to consider candidates who reside and are authorized to work in Germany. We are not able to sponsor work visas at this time
