As part of our growing UX team you have the opportunity to help shape digitalization in healthcare

You will be part of the development of innovative solutions for doctors and medical staff and support our internal teams by developing and implementing information and data concepts to enable a global content strategy

In your role you make a considerable contribution to overall content consistency by designing, implementing, and managing content-related information concepts, data models and the technical infrastructure required to achieve consistency and an outstanding user experience for our customers

You are part of an interdisciplinary team in an international environment. You work very closely with content development managers, translation managers, linguistic asset managers, software developers, UX designers, terminologists, marketing experts, and service and training experts to develop concepts e. g. for the extraction, conversion, migration, cleansing and archiving of data to support the transition from legacy systems into new tools and platforms

In your role you keep the "big picture" in mind, analyze and document end-to-end processes and identify cross-topic dependencies. You translate business requirements into technical specifications, including data streams, integrations, and databases and support our content teams in the standardization and automation of data-based processes

You act as a system key user and support our content creation and translation management teams by providing tool and engineering support for content-related applications such as content component management systems, translation and terminology management systems, knowledge management and document delivery systems, master data management systems and relevant platforms

You consult and align with internal and external stakeholders on global data-related and infrastructural questions and provide technical and conceptual guidance on topics such as integrations, interfaces, and data management

You work in our Munich office: Here you enjoy the view of the Alps, but also the energy of our amazing UX team. You also have the opportunity to work remotely on a regular basis

Minimum of 3 years professional experience in a relevant position with a focus on designing and implementing information concepts and data models, and on standardizing and automating data-based processes, or similar

Professional knowledge of information technology incl. AI

Profound knowledge of data management, language technologies, LLM, deep learning and GenAI

Knowledge in the fields of taxonomy, ontology, meta data models and classifications

Experience in the standardization and automation of content-related processes

Passion for technology, innovation, and process optimizations

Experience in the application of content and translation management systems and linguistic tools such as memoQ, XTM, Xbench, Passolo, MultiTerm, Schema ST4, Acrolinx\xe2\x80\xa6

Strong team spirit and communication skills (English and German)

Experience in working with development teams and agile methodologies

Degree with a focus on information technology, computer science, language science and technology, computer linguistics, or convincing professional experience\n \n \n \n \n \n
