The Influencer Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for leading MYKA’s German influencer outreach and brand ambassador strategy. This role supports monthly marketing campaigns and drives brand awareness. This is a fully remote position.
Requirements:
1–2 years of global digital influencer marketing experience – must
Native German – must
Proficient English for internal company processes - must
Proven experience working with the German influencer market and staying up to date with social media trends
Strong marketing mindset with an understanding of consumer psychology and user experience
Affinity for jewelry and fashion
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
Excellent time management and project prioritization skills
Passion for social media and the fashion industry, with knowledge of fashion and/or family content creators across social platforms
Strong organizational skills and the ability to execute projects on time in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities:
Identify, recruit, and manage new influencers to join MYKA’s brand influencer program across social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and more
Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with new influencers through communication and social engagement
Manage the full influencer campaign lifecycle, from contract negotiation and creative briefs to live integrations and technical coordination
Ensure influencer campaigns drive positive ROI
Support the Social Media Manager in executing strategic plans to grow brand awareness and advocacy, drive incremental exposure for key products, and bring MYKA’s brand DNA to life
