You’ll manage budgets up to 300k 3 months a year
You’ll lead everything: outreach, negotiations, campaign execution, reporting

The Role
Fully own the
influencer booking process
: from scouting to negotiation to performance analysis
Independently manage monthly budgets
(€20k+), scaling to €300k+ during peak sales campaigns
Plan and execute
large-scale, sales-driven influencer activations
across Instagram, TikTok & more
Optimize campaigns based on
performance KPIs
: ROAS, reach, conversion, AOV
Track and report on performance — with insights that feed directly into budget allocation
Test new creators, channels, and formats to constantly improve results

Your profile
1–2+ years of experience
in performance-focused influencer marketing, ideally in D2C, beauty, or health
Proven ability to
run your own campaigns
(30+ monthly bookings) and manage
€40k+ budgets
Highly
structured and data-savvy
— you love analyzing ROAS and finding efficiency gains
Thrive in
fast-paced, high-pressure environments
with deadlines and clear targets
Hands-on and independent — you get things done without needing layers of approval
Passion for
social media and culture
: you know what (and who) is trending before the brief drops
Fluent in
German (native level)
and confident in
English
