For our Thai restaurant in Haarlem, The Netherlands, we are looking for a qualified Independently Working cook to support our team.
Are you a passionate cook with a love for the Thai kitchen? Would you like to be part of an enthusiastic team in the oldest Thai restaurant of Haarlem?

Our restaurant is situated in the historic center of Haarlem surrounded by shops, nice restaurants and cosy bars.
You will be responsible for authentic Thai dishes in a restaurant where the quality of the food comes first. You will oversee that the dishes will be prepared according strict quality guidelines, working ethics and recipes.
In addition, you provide input regarding the composition and modification of menus and methods, you are responsible for stock.
In this role, you are also 100% responsible for following the rules and guidelines in the field of hygiene (HACCP) and you have knowledge of the entire process in the kitchen.
Required Education/Experience
MBO (Secondary vocational education) 3, hotel and catering industry, specialized cook diploma You speak Dutch or English
Job requirements:
Mastery of all knowledge and skills of an independently working cook You are quality-oriented; You are stress-resistant You are flexible You are hospitable and guest-oriented Good social skills. Works in the evenings, on weekends and public holidays A good team player who is flexible and has good communication skills.
What we offer:
Salary market conform with minimum € 2450.00 (Euro) Gross per month. Salary is increased in proportion to years of service.
