Restaurant Alexander is an Asian restaurant specializing in Authentic Chinese cuisine in The Netherlands. Located in a small city nearby Univeristy of Leiden.
You will work with a dynamic team in a professional work environment with opportunities for growth to Head Chef. - Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes according to recipes in Chinese cuisine - Monitoring food safety (HACCP) and hygiene standards - Contributing to menu development and cost control. -Supervising auxiliary staff and junior kitchen employees - Providing support to a kitchen section (e.g. pastry or hot kitchen) - Working in a flexible schedule (evenings and weekends by agreement). Salary according to the HORECA collective labor agreement (depending on experience and education) €2836-€3554 gross per month and meal during shifts.
