About Us

Gen Boya is a leading Turkish manufacturer of industrial, marine, decorative, and floor coatings, exporting to more than 20 countries.
We are now expanding our commercial presence in Germany and are looking for independent sales agents to develop our customer network.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and grow a portfolio of clients (distributors, wholesalers, contractors, shipyards, industrial manufacturers).
Promote our product range (epoxy systems, polyurethane coatings, marine coatings, decorative paints, floor coatings, wood coatings, etc.).
Generate new leads and introduce Gen Boya to the German market.
Attend customer visits and manage follow-ups.
Coordinate with our Export Department to prepare and submit offers.
Report weekly sales activities (visits, quotations, potential projects).

What We Are Looking For

Experience in coatings, construction chemicals, industrial materials, or B2B technical sales.
Strong network in the German coatings or construction industry is a major advantage.
Self-motivated, independent, and target-driven.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work remotely and manage your own schedule.
German or English language proficiency.
