What you'll do
Manage and implement customer projects for EDI, E-Invoicing and IDP services, including design, configuration, testing, and onboarding of trading partners
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and coordinate solutions with internal teams (Product Management, Project Management, Infrastructure Services)
Configure and validate common EDI mappings and workflows (e.g., Order (ORDERS), Order Confirmation (ORDRSP), Delivery Schedule(DELFOR/DELJIT), Delivery Notification (DESADV), Invoice (INVOIC) etc. )
Support E-Invoicing onboarding in line with legal and market-specific standards (e.g., Peppol, FatturaPA, ZUGFeRD/XRechnung)
Configure IDP environments and setups for new customers
Ensure compliance with security and audit requirements (e.g., ISAE 3402, GDPR)
Perform end-to-end testing with customers and coordinate smooth handover to operations
Act as a key technical contact for customers during the implementation phase
Identify opportunities for service enhancement and process optimization
What you'll need
Knowledge of EDI standards (EDIFACT, XML, ANSI X12, VDA) and communication protocols (X400, AS2, SFTP, OFTP2, HTTPS, Webservices, APIs)
Experience with E-Invoicing frameworks (Peppol, ZUGFeRD, XRechnung, FatturaPA or similar)
Knowledge of technical methodologies and frameworks
Familiarity with ERP/B2B integration (e.g., SAP IDoc, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken (C1 level or native)
Strong analytical skills and structured, detail-oriented working style
High customer orientation and excellent communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in parallel
Creative problem-solving and solution-focused mindset
Interest in staying up to date with emerging EDI standards, E-Invoicing regulations, and integration technologies
Self-motivated, able to work independently, and take ownership of assigned projects
