As an
Implementation & Project Specialist
, you’ll:Lead
software implementation
andsystem installation
projects from kick-off to closure Manage timelines, deliverables, and client communications Train customers on our software systems and providepost-implementation support
Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth project delivery Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and internal teamsWhat We’re Looking For
Experience in
project management
andsoftware implementation
Strong knowledge ofcloud solutions, hardware, and operating systems
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiplesoftware projects
