Scope and Purpose

Reconciliation of nostro accounts via Ricora system Analysis and Monitoring of sets of financial statements Identification and clarification of accounting differences Cost management Monitoring FOREX position settlement, accounting and monitoring of the collection of bills accounting and payment of invoices in our core system Control and accounting of travel expenses Control on fixed assets account keeping input of accounting documents in core system current FX rates and prime rates input in core system Customer management, such as accounts opening, closing Credit line maintenance FATCA and CRS reporting Daily reports checks Daily postings and other ad hoc accounting duties assigned

Required Experience

3-5-yrs of Accounting experience or in Organisational Offices in Support Functions

Required Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge

Qualification or experience as accounting officer Knowledge of accounting principles, IFRS and HGB experience in regulatory reporting to Deutsche Bundesbank is a plus, AnaCredit, BiSta, AWV and others Familiar with MS-Office, Excel Familiar with ABACUS360 Languages: German and English Optional language: Italian
