IFRS Controller (m/w/d)

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, supporting the fast closing process Consolidate financial data from subsidiaries, analyze performance, and ensure alignment with group objectives Safeguard compliance with accounting manual and IFRS Continuously improve reporting processes and support international subsidiaries in meeting reporting standards Manage group-wide intercompany transactions and eliminations Contribute to the assessment and implementation of Internal Controls Framework Develop and optimize controlling processes, tools and systems for greater efficiency and transparency Drive further development of ERP system and controlling instruments (SAP BW/SAC) Collaborate effectively with external auditors and other stakeholders

WHAT WE ARE SEEKING

Degree in economics with a focus on finance and accounting Professional qualification (CPA, ACCA or similar) is an advantage At least 5 years of relevant professional experience (experience in a Big 4 firm is a plus) Solid knowledge of SAP (S/4 Hana desirable) Sound knowledge of German and international accounting standards (HGB, IFRS) Confident use of MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint) Excellent written and spoken German and English skills Independent, reliable and proactive working style Experience in multicultural environment
