As part of the Group CISO team, you will help design, implement, and maintain the company’s

Saviynt IGA platform

in a Cloud-first / SaaS environment, ensuring secure and compliant identity lifecycle management.

What can you expect with us?

Design, implement, and integrate IAM/IGA solutions across applications and systems Automate and manage user lifecycle and access workflows (Joiner–Mover–Leaver, provisioning, recertification) Configure IAM tools, implement access policies, and maintain RBAC/ABAC models Collaborate with IT, HR, and Security teams to ensure consistent IAM practices Support audits, compliance, and continuous process improvement initiatives

What do you bring to the table?

Relevant hands-on IAM experience (Saviynt; other IGA/IAM tools a plus); a university degree is beneficial but

not mandatory

Strong knowledge of authentication, authorization, identity governance, and directory services Skilled in automation/integration scripting (REST APIs, JSON, XML) Fluent in English; German is a plus
