We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to support HR operations across the employee lifecycle. From recruitment and onboarding to people-focused projects and initiatives, you’ll play a key role in strengthening our culture and supporting our workforce.
What your day will look like
As our Human Resources Officer, you’ll be hands-on across a wide range of HR activities, including:
Supporting Leaders through the Employee Lifecycle processes.
Administration of end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and induction processes.
Administration of staff movements processes.
Support HR operations with administration, reporting, and record management.
Contribute to equity, diversity and inclusion, recognition, and culture-building initiatives.
Assist with HR projects and continuous improvement activities.
Coordinate awareness and celebration events that connect and engage our people.

An understanding of HR policies, practices and confidentiality requirements.
High level administration skills with demonstrated attention to detail.
Practical experience in building relationships and a proven track record as a team player.
Great written and verbal communication skills - with the ability to adapt your style to different audiences.
A ‘can-do’ attitude, who is organised, can adapt and problem solve.
The ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment with competing demands.
