Your Mission

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Working Student to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in various HR processes and contribute to exciting projects that shape our employee experience.


Your Tasks:

Administration of HR Tools:

Support the management and maintenance of HR systems such as Cornerstone.

Research & Concept Development:

Assist HR Business Partners with research and conceptual work on diverse HR topics.

Content Management:

Maintain and update HR-related content on our intranet platform.

Data & Reporting:

Prepare analyses, reports, and presentations to support decision-making.

Project Support:

Contribute to diverse HR projects across different areas.

Administrative Support:

Manage internal organizational charts, coordinate interview scheduling, and handle general administrative tasks to ensure smooth HR operations.




Requirements:


Enrolled student in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Interest in HR processes and tools; experience with HR systems is a plus. Excellent communication skills in English, German is an advantage
