We are looking for you to join our team in the
HR Corporate
Department
at our headquarters in Idstein as a
HR Specialist
(m/f/d)
as soon as possible.
Your role in the Wolfpack:
Independent handling of day-to-day HR tasks – from onboarding to offboarding
Preparation of employment contracts, certificates, and reference letters
Providing guidance to employees and managers on HR-related matters
Assisting with payroll preparation
Planning and conducting onboarding sessions that promote a positive employee experience
Supporting HR projects, especially in areas such as digitalization and automation
Maintaining and administering time-tracking systems
Preparing and analyzing reports and statistics to support data-driven decisions
Contributing to the improvement of internal processes and HR tools to enhance employee experience and team efficiency
What you bring:
Completed commercial training, ideally with an additional qualification in HR (e.g., HR specialist), and at least 3 years of experience in operational HR
Basic knowledge of social security, payroll tax, and labor law
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Experience with HR software (e.g., ATOSS or HANSALOG) is a plus
Good command of German and English; comfortable working in a multicultural environment
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Reliable and responsible, with a willingness to work in an open, feedback-oriented culture
Interest in digital tools and a motivation to contribute to process improvements
