Overview:

We’re looking for a passionate

HR Programs and Communication Specialist

in Poland. In your role, you will partner with the Global HR Program Manager and Global Culture and Engagement Manager to ensure global programs and projects are understood in Europe and can be translated into European programs. In your role you will ensure that across Europe HR programs are communicated and engagement and visibility is given.


Responsibilities:

Communication & Engagement

Lead the HR communication calendar, ensuring effective and timely messaging for all HR initiatives and align with the different stakeholders Ensure Global HR Programs and timelines are visible in order to adapt it to European plans and programs. Coordinate between Global and HR Europe Responsible for the employee newsletter and all HR related communication across the Europe organization (announcements, Newsletter, Organizational Charts, HR initiatives). This includes regular updates and maintenance on all platforms (outlook, SharePoint).

HR Programs & Culture

Lead HR Programs in Europe and translate global content into Europe context whenever needed Manage KPI reporting for all HR Programs Lead European trainings from beginning to end including communication, roll-out plan, administration etc.

Administration & Projects

Responsible for updating and maintaining the HR Europe SharePoint and Europe Human Resources SharePoint. Responsible for updating Outlook groups within the European organization. Admin tasks like organization, travel arrangements other admin support if needed for the VP HR. Prepare high-impact presentations, reports, and executive summaries for the Vice President of HR, Europe Leads and manages smaller projects in different HR areas.

Employer Branding & Young Talent

Support and implement employer branding initiatives across Europe, ensuring alignment with corporate values and talent strategies. Collaborates closely with the European HR Business Partner in regard to young talent programs on Europe Level Leads different projects in the area of Employer branding and young talents and supports with innovative ideas.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree HR, Business, Administration, Communication or related field Required 3+ years of experience in a similar role with a focus on communication and/or administrative tasks Strong PC skills (Windows, Microsoft Office applications). Knowledge of Excel (formulas, pivot tables, vlookups), Word, Outlook, SharePoint and PowerPoint (High proficiency) are essential. Experience with Canva, Photoshop and affinity with different communication tools preferred. Strong oral and written communication skills in English, including confidence to present and collaborate. Proficiency in Polish and any other major European languages are an asset
