The HR Operations Team Lead ensures a positive employee experience through effective coaching, people and work management for the HR Operations team. This function also serves to be an escalation point for their teams and the business to enable optimal delivery of HR services. Optimal implementation is ensured through liaising with internal and external stakeholders to drive global improvements. Input into and implement the HR Ops Strategy and operating model.
What You'll Do
Lead HR Operations team to achieve departmental targets through coaching and performance management.
Drive cross-regional HR initiatives, process improvements, and quality control for compliance with local laws.
Ensure data privacy compliance and analyze HR data to identify bottlenecks/trends for global HR strategy.
Act as escalation point for HR queries and manage stakeholder communication across teams and departments.
Optimize administrative processes, systems, and tools to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction.
Conduct bi-annual performance reviews and maintain team motivation/alignment with EMEA HR standards.
Administer team requests (leaves, IT rights) and maintain communication channels (bulletin boards, online libraries).
What You'll Bring
Relevant experience in high-volume data processing (customer-facing environment), HR experience is mandatory.
Relevant experience in team leadership/coaching roles with proven people management skills.
Fluency in German and advanced English proficiency (written/verbal) and strong cross-functional communication abilities.
Demonstrated HR operations knowledge (processes, compliance, systems like SAP/Workday).
Project management expertise with a focus on process optimization and stakeholder collaboration.
Technical proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and HRIS platforms.
Ability to handle sensitive data, resolve escalations, and adapt to dynamic priorities.
