Your tasks:

Developing and implementing a sustainable HR strategy that supports our corporate goals

Management of the entire recruiting process—from needs analysis and selection to the successful integration of new talent

Development of programs that inspire new employees and retain them with the company in the long term

Ensuring compliance with all labor law requirements and continuously optimizing our contract and document processes

Analysis of existing structures and introduction of efficient, digital solutions to increase employee satisfaction and productivity

Promoting a positive corporate culture, coaching executives, and supporting change processes

Establishment of HR controlling for data-based decision-making

What you bring with you:

Several years of experience in HR, ideally in a managerial or strategic role

In-depth knowledge of labor law, recruiting, personnel development, and organizational design

Strong communication and consulting skills at all levels

High digital affinity and experience with HR software

Hands-on approach combined with strategic vision

Empathy, leadership, and the ability to successfully guide change processes
