The client is seeking an HR Coordinator who will play a crucial administrative and operational support role for the HR Business Partner for Germany and Central Eastern Europe, based in Krefeld, Germany. The talent will assist in managing HR processes across Germany, Austria, Poland, Czechia, and Slovakia, ensuring smooth operations throughout the entire employee lifecycle — from contract creation and onboarding to offboarding and termination documentation.
This position also supports the rollout and administration of a new digital time tracking system in Germany, as well as ongoing HR compliance and process improvement efforts.
