Full-time or part-time, 25–30 hours per week (Monday to Friday)


In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for an HR Clerk (m/f/d) for our Human Resources department.

Your tasks:

Organizing and actively participating in career and job fairs Processing applications for apprenticeships and internship positions Supporting on-boarding processes in the training area Preparing employment references and certificates of assignment Maintaining and managing our time recording system Preparing data for our monthly payroll accounting Contributing to marketing, project, and event management activities Supporting daily operational business Handling general correspondence

Your profile:

Completed vocational training as an office or industrial clerk, or comparable qualification with professional experience in HR Knowledge of labour, wage tax, and social security law (desired) Confident handling of Microsoft Office programs Knowledge of time management systems (desired) Great communication and organizational skills Structured and precise way of working English skills (desired)
