Du berätst Führungskräfte zu personalwirtschaftlichen und arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen
Du harmonisierst und optimierst HR?Prozesse gemeinsam mit relevanten Schnittstellen
Du identifizierst Automatisierungspotenziale und entwickelst digitale HR?Lösungen mit dem Global P&C System Team
Du analysierst HR?Daten und erstellst aussagekräftige Auswertungen zur Entscheidungsunterstützung
Du arbeitest vertrauensvoll mit dem Betriebsrat zusammen und wirkst an betrieblichen Regelungen mit
Du unterstützt bereichsübergreifende strategische HR?Projekte
DEIN PROFIL
Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschafts- oder Rechtswissenschaften oder vergleichbar
Mehrjährige Erfahrung als HR Business Partner oder HR?Beraterin Hohe Affinität zu Prozessen und digitalen HR?Systemen
Sicherer Umgang mit KPIs, Reporting?Tools und Dashboards
Fundierte arbeitsrechtliche Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Mitbestimmungsgremien
Sehr gute Deutsch? und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Hands?on?Mentalität und ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung
Starke Kommunikations? und Beratungskompetenz auf allen Ebenen
