HR Business Partner

(f/m/x)

(25–30 hours per week)

What's it all about?

You advise employees and managers on all strategic and operational HR matters. You support teams and employees through personal and organizational change processes. You own the end-to-end recruiting process in your business area—from drafting the job posting to successful onboarding. You conduct development conversations and support employees throughout the entire employee life cycle. You actively contribute to employer-branding initiatives, career fairs, and HR projects. You provide guidance on employment-law matters and ensure smooth HR administration.

What are we looking for?

You bring relevant HR experience in a comparable role and ideally have completed HR-focused education (Bachelor’s/Master’s and/or vocational training). You have solid expertise in recruiting and employment law. You communicate clearly, empathetically, and as an equal partner. You work independently and with a strong focus on impact. You enjoy actively shaping modern HR practices. You thrive in an international environment and have excellent written and spoken German and English.
