As an HR Business Partner, you act as a strategic advisor and sparring partner for our leaders across all HR-related matters. You drive the transformation of our organization, optimize HR processes, and ensure a strong alignment between business goals and people development. You collaborate closely with our Centers of Expertise, the works council, and external partners, translating global HR initiatives into tangible local impact.
You advise and challenge leaders on strategic and complex HR matters aligned with business strategy
You initiate strategic workforce planning and support the annual personnel cost budgeting process
You coach leaders on compensation topics, promotions, and labor law issues
You guide organizational transformation and foster systematic learning and development initiatives
You implement global HR concepts (e.g. performance management, salary review) within your business areas
You improve and design HR processes with a focus on cross-functional collaboration and efficiency
You lead or actively contribute to (international) HR projects
You collaborate closely with the works council and take ownership of collective labor law-related topics - from negotiation to implementation
YOUR SKILLS
You hold a university degree in Business Administration, HR, Organizational Psychology or a similar field
Ideally, you bring several years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in an international matrix organization
You have in-depth knowledge of labor law, social insurance, and tax regulations
You are fluent in both German and English and comfortable working in an international environment
You are structured, independent and solution-oriented in your way of working
You are a strong communicator and build solid relationships with stakeholders
You bring a hands-on mindset and enjoy driving topics forward proactively
