Your responsibilities

Be the trusted contact for employees and management for all HR-related topics Execute daily HR operations (contracts, onboarding/offboarding, reference letters) Maintain personnel records and coordinate employee appointments Analyze and report HR KPIs; support internal documentation and certifications Manage payroll administration and process travel expense claims Support health and safety, data protection, and other compliance topics with external experts Assist in organizing internal communications and company events Contribute to the implementation of HR projects and continuous improvements

Your profile

Degree in Human Resources or related commercial studies; further training as an HR Specialist is a plus 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of German labor law, payroll tax, and social security regulations Proficient in Office 365 and Microsoft Teams Structured and service-oriented working style with a hands-on mindset * Excellent communication in German and good English proficiency
