HR Associate

who thrives in a dynamic environment, demonstrates a high level of professionalism and confidentiality, and plays a key role in creating a positive, inclusive, and engaging employee experience while supporting operational and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment

Manage end-to-end recruitment for Assistant Store Managers, Shift Managers, and Juicers. Coordinate job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and communications. Ensure a positive candidate experience and alignment with company culture.

Payroll Administration

Process payroll accurately and on time, complying with local laws and company policies. Manage salary adjustments, deductions, bonuses, and resolve payroll queries.

HR Case Management

Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary cases in line with policies and legal requirements. Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR matters.

HR Data Management

Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Generate reports to support decision-making and compliance audits.

Compliance & Legal Adherence

Ensure HR practices comply with local labor laws and company policies. Collaborate with legal teams to address compliance risks and update processes.

Absence & Leave Management

Oversee employee absences, including sickness and holiday tracking. Ensure accurate recording and communication of leave balances and entitlements.

Employee Life Cycle Support

Facilitate onboarding, contract management, and offboarding processes. Ensure smooth transitions and compliance at each stage of the employee life cycle.

Profile

Degree in Human Resources. Fluent in English and German. Experience in the Food & Beverage industry is a plus.
