???? | Responsibilities

Assist with onboarding and offboarding of foreign employees, including visa documentation, social insurance registration, and tax ID setup;
??????????????????????????????????
Support foreign staff in settling accommodation locally, including apartment search, viewing coordination, and lease negotiation;
??????????????????????????
Follow up on municipal registration, bank account opening, health insurance and other administrative processes;
????????????????????
Maintain employee records and assist with HR data system updates;
????????????????????
Help organize employee events and provide general administrative support;
???????????????????????????
Communicate with local vendors including landlords, insurance companies, and accounting firms;
????????????
Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

???? | Requirements



??????????????????????????????????
Current student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, German Studies, International Relations, or related fields preferred;
??????????????????????????
Proficient in Mandarin Chinese, English, and German, with strong communication and coordination skills;
??????????????????????????
Detail-oriented, responsible, fast learner, and customer-service minded;
???????????????????????
Prior experience living or studying in Germany and familiarity with local procedures is a plus;
???????3????????????????
Able to work at least 3 days per week; on-site presence is preferred.
