Aufgaben:

Reinigung unserer hochwertig möblierten Apartments Haushaltsreinigung / Grundreinigung Reinigung und Pflege der Gemeinschaftsbereiche und des Gebäudes Kontrolle der zugeteilten Verantwortungsbereiche

Anforderungen:

Berufserfahrung in Housekeeping / Haushalts- und Gebäudereinigung Fachwissen bzgl. Materialien, Reinigungs- und Pflegemitteln Sinn für Sauberkeit und Ordnung Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Organisationsvermögen Gute Menschenkenntnis Teamfähig, flexibel, zuverlässig, motiviert und belastbar Gute Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch, jede weitere Sprache von Vorteil

LifeX is a fast-growing start-up that is developing a new co-living concept throughout Europe. We provide fully serviced Nordic-styled co-living apartments in Berlin and other European cities. LifeX is for people who relocate because of work, as well as anyone who wants a flexible lifestyle with time to have fun with others as part of an international environment.

We are seeking a Housekeeper in Berlin. You will be responsible for the daily cleaning tasks of our apartments and common areas.

Tasks:

General apartment cleaning in rooms, common areas, kitchens, and bathrooms Building cleaning and maintenance of shared spaces Deep cleaning and general maintenance in different locations where cleaning tasks such as the descaling of showerheads, cleaning ovens, electrical appliances, and unclogging drains in bathrooms Check-out cleanings where you make sure that the apartment is spotless for the next person moving in, and checking for any damages or missing items General communication with the operations team and tenants

Requirements:

Experience in housekeeping, apartment, or building cleaning Sense of cleanliness Good communicator Team player, flexible, reliable, motivated English and basic German is helpful – any other language is a plus
