With us, you'll learn everything you need to know and work through our diverse departments to find the exact area you'd like to pursue a career in after your apprenticeship. A training plan lets you know in advance which departments you'll be working in – making your anticipation even more exciting! So you can focus properly, you'll alternate between working at the company and attending vocational school. We're proud of our apprentices, and we show it! That's why we offer our apprentices in their second year of training the opportunity to participate in our Marriott Group's national "Apprentice Conference" and meet other hotels, apprentices, general managers, and HR managers – the perfect time to build contacts for later! We want you to experience something new! That's why we offer you the opportunity to participate in an apprentice exchange (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) in your first year of training and get to know our sister hotels as part of a two-week program.

First things first: You want to make your dream come true and start your career in the international hotel industry. You're eager to develop yourself every day, together with a team that supports you. You have your high school diploma and, ideally, have already gained experience in the restaurant or hotel industry. You're distinguished by your professional and communicative nature – whether in German or English.
