You will get to know all departments of a hotel:

reception, service, housekeeping, kitchen and event area. You are involved in guest relations from the very beginning: from the warm welcome at reception to advising in the restaurant and supporting conferences and banquets.You will learn commercial tasks – such as reservations, quotes and invoices, or how to use modern booking and cash register systems.You will gain insights into marketing, purchasing, and event organization.Hygiene, occupational safety and sustainability are integral parts of your training.
