Deine Aufgaben:

Begrüßung und Platzierung unserer Gäste mit einem Lächeln Koordination von Reservierungen und Wartelisten Organisation des Empfangsbereichs Ansprechpartnerin für erste Fragen unserer Gäste
Unterstützung des Serviceteams bei einem reibungslosen Ablauf
Das bringst du mit:

Freundliches, professionelles Auftreten Organisationstalent und Zuverlässigkeit Kommunikationsfreude und Teamgeist Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Erste Erfahrung in der Gastronomie oder im Kundenservice von Vorteil

Your responsibilities:

Welcome and seat guests with a warm and professional attitude Manage reservations and waiting lists Keep the front desk area organized and running smoothly Be the first point of contact for guest inquiries Support the service team for smooth daily operations
What you bring:

A friendly and confident personality Strong organizational skills and reliability Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good German and English language skills Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus
