Head of UI Design (f/m/d)

To support our Creative team we are searching for a Head of UI Design (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Lead, mentor and develop Team of UI Designers Ensure highest quality design of Mytheresa customer facing digital products Supervise design processes from ideation until delivery Ensure quality testing of UI implementation Ensure great collaboration with UX, Tech Teams and Creative Teams as well as any other stakeholders, both internal and external Create UI for our webshop, app, etc

WHO YOU ARE

8+ years experience in product design, B2C, ideally e-commerce, backed up by portfolio 2+ years experience leading Product Design Team Expert knowledge of industry standard software: Figma, Adobe, Jira, Confluence, etc. Collaborative mindset and hands-on approach Great organization and planning skills Understanding of luxury customer Fluent in English
