We are seeking a Head of Transformation Office who combines strategic foresight with a strong execution mindset. In this critical role, you will go beyond shaping the vision for change—you will turn it into measurable, sustainable outcomes across the organization. From process optimization to AI integration, you will lead initiatives that redefine how we operate, innovate, and compete.
Your Mission
As the Head of the Transformation Office, your mandate is to make transformation tangible. You will lead a focused, high-performing team and work closely with executives and business leaders to accelerate company-wide improvement.
We are looking for a pragmatic change leader—someone who turns strategy into action, navigates complexity with clarity, and delivers results at scale. Your role spans three key areas:
Key Responsibilities:
Enterprise-Wide Process OptimizationDesign and lead a structured, measurable process optimization program across all functions and locations Prioritize initiatives based on impact and feasibility, ensuring clear ownership and disciplined execution Track results and ensure delivery of tangible efficiency gains and improved customer centricity

Strategy & OKR ExecutionLead the end-to-end corporate strategy cycle—from planning to execution tracking Ensure company-wide alignment through a robust Objectives & Key Results (OKR) framework Translate strategic priorities into actionable workstreams with clear timelines, accountability, and reporting

AI Governance & IntegrationOwn and maintain a comprehensive view of AI initiatives across the organization Establish clear governance structures to align AI efforts and avoid duplication Serve as a bridge between business, IT, and innovation functions to enable scalable AI execution

Your Profile:8+ years of experience in transformation management, strategic operations, or top-tier management consulting Proven ability to drive execution and deliver results across silos and complex stakeholder landscapes Demonstrated success leading cross-functional programs from strategy to full implementation Strong knowledge of performance steering (e.g., OKR/OKA), process excellence, and transformation governance Experience in operationalizing AI strategies is a strong plus (bonus: AI transformation or digital innovation background) A hands-on leader with strategic thinking, structured execution, and resilience in fast-paced environments
