Your tasks
#leading a central team and lead a matrix organization consisting of 11 European countries
Direct report to VP Services & Solutions
Define and execute Telco growth strategy
Develop and scale a telco proposition for MMS; service products and business models (incl. Subscription)
Manage and optimize the international service portfolio for profitability & differentiation
Build and steer partner & vendor ecosystem incl. contract negotiation and performance
Drive commercial success through go-to-market, attach-rate growth and country activation
Ensure operational excellence, KPI governance, SLAs, and scalable delivery models
Lead customer-centric service improvements leveraging insights, NPS and analytics
Oversee risk, compliance, governance and quality assurance
Develop, test and scale blueprints successfully to all MMS countries
Lead and develop the international Telco Omnichannel Strategy and roll out
Stay on top of relevant market dynamics & trends and transfer them in growth
Your profile
University degree in Economics, Circularity or similar
Strong expertise in Telco service product development, operations, and go-to-market strategies
Longterm eadership experience in service ops, BizDev in corporate or holding structure
Extensive international Telco knowledge in retail context, ideally omni-channel environment
Experience in managing international and cross functional projects and people management
Proven success in international Telco venture building / platform scaling
Commercial & P&L ownership with strong business acumen
Go-to-market & Telco sales expertise, ideally in omnichannel retail
Tech-savvy innovator with digital and product mindset
Strong communicator & stakeholder leader across countries
Customer- and people-centric, building high-performance teams
Analytical, hands-on, decisive, adaptive, resilient, fast learner
