Key Responsibility:

Lead a team of 19 supply planners (w-m-d) across Europe, including 2 managers (w-m-d) Improve efficiency in the process to identify under/over sellers to trigger adjustments to the purchasing plan promptly Lead communication with the manufacturing facilities to expedite/de-expedite based on sales and forecast development Drive monthly supply planning activities to fulfill the needs of the planning cycles Build reliable purchasing plans and Inventory projection Develop efficiency programs to continuously improve quality and execution speed within the supply department Provide all stakeholders with clear visibility of product availability and oversee inbound planning Drive product life cycle management

Your toolbox should include:

Extensive experience in senior roles within S&OP departments Excellent understanding of Inventory Management and Service Levels across the Pan-European region Strong expertise in advanced MRP and DRP applications at both Pan-European and Global levels Willingness to travel as required by business needs, typically between 4 and 8 days per month. Fluent in English, Spoken and Written
