We are looking for a

Head of Structured Finance and Treasury

to join our talented

Finance

team at our

Berlin HQ (3 days per week).

In this role, you'll report directly to our CFO and play a critical role in managing Grover's capital structure and funding strategy. You will lead a high-performing team and drive the origination, structuring, and execution of complex debt and asset-backed financing solutions to support our growing asset portfolio.

What you will contribute:

Lead the treasury (cash management) and debt reporting functions with up to 4 talented individuals. Maintain our ABL facilities by ensuring compliance with covenants and shape the facilities as our business evolves. Preserve strategic relationships with our existing lenders, servicers, and external directors essential to the facility's functioning. Engage potential new lenders and investors, leveraging your contacts to facilitate debt financing transactions. Lead future origination, structuring, and execution activities to finance Grover's asset portfolio. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, such as accounting, controlling, legal, risk, and compliance teams, to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and risk management practices.

What you bring:

7-10 years of relevant experience in Treasury, Structured Finance, and Securitization - ideally within fintech, high-growth startups, or non-bank lenders. Exposure to consumer or equipment lease-backed assets is a plus. Bachelor's and Master's degrees in a STEM discipline, with a strong focus on Finance and quantitative analysis. Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make informed decisions Experience reviewing and negotiating legal documentation for structured finance transactions, with the ability to collaborate effectively with legal teams. Proactive and execution-oriented with a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality to drive results in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Familiarity with commercial banking and commercial finance sectors, ideally in tech or other sectors such as automotive, aviation or car rental/leasing industries Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders A proactive and strategic mindset, with the ability to identify and capitalise on market opportunities. Fluency in English, B2+ German skills are considered a strong plus.
