These are your tasks:

Disciplinary leadership of a team of approximately 25 employees, plus technical responsibility for an additional 6 staff members Managing work packages with strategic service providers, including KPI monitoring Acting as an interface between other departments and customers regarding topics related to structural analysis and weight Ensuring target achievement in terms of deadlines, costs, and quality Personnel and team development, including recruiting, training, and career planning

Who we are looking for:

Completed technical degree (e.g. Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering) Several years of leadership experience in a technically oriented environment In-depth knowledge of structural mechanics, FEM analysis, and weight simulation Strong communication and teamwork skills, combined with strategic thinking Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
