Head of Solution Design & Customer Projects

, you’ll lead a high-performing team based in Frankfurt, Eschborn. Acting as a strategic interface between Sales and Delivery, we design tailored payment solutions, manage complex customer projects under tight timelines, and ensure smooth execution across all channels. Our work directly supports Nexi’s mission to deliver scalable, secure, and customer-centric payment experiences across Europe.




About Your Future Role



In this position, you will:


Lead and manage a team of Solution Design Managers, Customer Project Managers, and Bid Managers Oversee disciplinary and professional development of team members Allocate resources efficiently to support all sales channels Implement processes and control tools to monitor activities and capacity Ensure compliance with Nexi policies and standards Deliver high-quality pre-sales consulting, project execution, and bid management Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders Represent the team in cross-functional meetings and decision-making forums Resolve bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement under pressure

Bonus Skills:



Experience with agile project management (Scrum, Kanban) Familiarity with CRM and bid management systems Track record of working in international, matrixed organizations
