The Role:
  • Lead the European sales strategy and execution for enterprise SaaS solutions in the sustainability and climate tech space
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team across multiple countries
  • Drive revenue growth and expand market presence across Europe, focusing on the DACH region
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with enterprise clients, managing the full sales cycle
  • Develop and monitor KPIs, pipeline, and revenue metrics to ensure performance targets are met
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align offerings with market needs
The Requirements:
  • Proven senior sales leadership experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in cleantech, energy, sustainability, or ESG
  • Strong track record of exceeding sales targets and scaling revenue across Europe
  • Experience managing and developing cross-border teams in high-growth environments
  • Native-level German with professional proficiency in English
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, value-based selling, and complex deal structuring
  • Familiarity with climate tech, carbon management, ESG reporting, or sustainability platforms is highly advantageous
  • Highly organized, strategic thinker, and capable of adapting to a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Willingness to travel regularly between Munich, Berlin, and client locations
The Process:
  • 1st: Initial phone/video interview with Recruitment Team
  • 2nd: Panel interview with Sales Leadership and Cross-functional Stakeholders
  • 3rd: Final interview with Senior Leadership
