TASKS WITH IMPACT
Our Group Technology division is responsible for the strategic development and governance of all technological initiatives within the Douglas Group. As Head of Program, Project & Agile Management, you will lead international projects, establish structures and processes for effective collaboration, and play a key role in shaping the future ways of working across the entire technology organization.
Take ownership of the preparation, planning, and execution of large-scale programs, projects, and initiatives within Group Technology
Represent Group Technology in company-wide projects and programs, ensuring close alignment with business functions, regions, and clusters
Design, manage, and facilitate processes that support the strategic direction of the technology organization
Define and implement new, harmonized ways of working across IT
Promote and establish agile methods and practices across all teams
Prepare and coordinate communication with the Management Board, including the development of a unified reporting framework
Lead and further develop the Project and Agile Management team, focusing on best practices, standardization, and harmonization
Take responsibility for the overarching program and project budget within Group Technology

Several years of leadership experience in a comparable environment
University degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification

Broad understanding of IT disciplines and business functions – ideally within a retail or omnichannel context
Strong organizational skills and a structured, solution-oriented working style
High competence in managing complex challenges
Excellent communication skills across all hierarchy levels and the ability to convey decisions effectively
