We’re looking for an

experienced, visionary, and strategic Head of Design

to help us shape the future of our products. This isn’t just a design leadership role — it’s a chance to redefine how millions of people experience trade.

In this pivotal position, you’ll be at the heart of our transformation, turning big ideas into tangible experiences that delight our users and drive business growth. As a key partner to cross-functional leadership, you’ll ensure design is deeply embedded in our strategy, champion the value of human-centered thinking, and lead a talented team toward a shared vision of excellence.

Please note that this position is based in either Barcelona or Lisbon, and relocation to one of these locations is required.

What you’ll do:

Lead the Vision:

Define and drive a compelling design vision that aligns with OLX Group’s global mission, turning strategy into actionable plans that deliver real impact.

Champion Design:

Be the voice for design across the organization, ensuring it has the resources, visibility, and influence it deserves in shaping the future of our products.

Inspire Collaboration:

Build strong, trust-based partnerships with product, engineering, and business leaders to create unified, user-centered solutions.

Elevate Quality:

Raise the bar for design craft and consistency across every touchpoint, ensuring our products deliver experiences people love.

Grow Future Leaders:

Mentor and empower design managers, leads, and team members — fostering a culture of growth, curiosity, and creative excellence.

Streamline Operations:

Oversee design operations to drive efficiency, clarity, and speed, ensuring teams can deliver their best work without friction.
