THE ROLE



We as Zattoo offer a Portfolio of B2B and B2C Products to our Customers to make streaming easy: live and on demand. As Part of our Leadership Team of the CPTO you will together with Engineering, Operations and Technology lead and support our Product Development Organisation and significantly impact the success of Zattoo and by it that of our Customers.



WHAT YOU’LL DO



Lead a team of talented and passionate Product and Design Directors. Support and develop your team of more than 20 motivated Product Managers and Designers, working in our cross-functional Squads and Tribes. Represent Product as a function in the Product Development Leadership Team of the CPTO, supporting more than 120 Talents across all functions. Foster modern and successful methodologies and processes in the field of product development in our chapters. Collaborate with our Stakeholders from Business to ensure the commercial success of our products. Shape our Product Strategy and Vision in creating and owning our Strategic Product Roadmap. Connect the latest Market Insights into our Organisation and represent Zattoo Product in the Industry.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING



Significant Experience as a Product Manager or Designer in an Agile Organisation with proven responsibility (at any level) for various B2B and B2C Products. Significant Experience as an empowering People Leader (including leading other Managers) based on providing aligned autonomy and outcome-based goals. An Agile Mindset, based on lead and incremental development, iterations and continuous improvement. A strong business acumen, fully acknowledging the need for successful unit economics to achieve Product Market Fit. Bonus: Familiarity with Dual Track Agile, OKR, JTBD, ICE, GIST or similar Frameworks.
