Tasks & responsibilities

Leading and advancing chromatographic methods for the characterization of active ingredients, pharmaceuticals, and excipients Ensuring robust analytical results with a focus on content determination, degradation products, stability profiles and degradation pathways Taking ownership of method validation and transfer to support CMC dossiers and product launches Managing internal and external chromatographic activities with operational excellence Strategically aligning method development with global development goals Fostering a culture of scientific excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement Driving innovation and contributing to the global analytical strategy

Requirements

PhD (or equivalent) in Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, or Pharmaceutical Sciences Extensive experience in analytical chemistry, particularly in chromatographic techniques Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and direct reports Strong communication skills, including conflict resolution and negotiation capabilities Results-driven working style with a focus on regulatory requirements and quality standards Fluent English is essential; proficiency in German is a plus
