Pentaleap is seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to lead and manage our global marketing team. This role is ideal for a strategic, data-driven leader with hands-on experience in B2B and SaaS marketing, who thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
As Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for guiding a high-performing team, driving demand generation, and strengthening Pentaleap’s brand positioning across multiple markets. You will ensure our marketing strategy is tightly aligned with business objectives and delivers measurable growth.

Your responsibilities
You lead a talented, established marketing team in a high-growth SaaS company and drive demand generation and growth across global markets.
Manage, mentor, and empower the global marketing team to achieve their goals.
Own and execute the marketing strategy with a strong focus on demand generation and pipeline growth.
Align marketing initiatives with Sales and Product, to maximize impact.
Oversee campaign execution across digital, content, product, and field marketing.
Drive marketing performance through data, analytics, and ROI-focused decision-making.
Manage marketing budget, tools, and external partners.

Your profile
8+ years of experience in marketing, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven success in B2B SaaS demand generation and growth marketing.
Strong experience in managing and scaling global marketing teams.
Expertise in digital marketing, content strategy, and brand development.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Data-driven mindset with a track record of improving marketing performance.
Thrives in a remote, international, and fast-paced environment.
