The Head of Marketing Communications will play a critical role in coordinating and deploying marketing cam-paigns, defined by Sectors and corporate marketing, for brand awareness, customer engagement, lead genera-tion across all regions and all channels (live, digital, print, social, etc.). For Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) this person owns the execution, monitoring and continuous performance improvement directly. This individual will lead a team of marketing communications specialists and campaign managers and is responsible for driving lead generation across all sectors and regions for system sales as well as aftersales. This individual is also responsible to work closely with the Digital Customer Interface team to support the ideation and definition of next generation digital customer experience. This position works closely with Sales & Service as well as Sec-tors and Field of Businesses (FoBs).

Primary duties and responsibilities

Coordinate and deploy marketing communication campaigns that aligns with the company\'s overall business objectives and are defined by sectors for our target markets.

Lead and manage the marketing communications team to execute targeted marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sectors, Sales, Service and Field of Businesses, to ensure consistency and effectiveness of marketing messages and materials.

Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to inform decision-making and optimize marketing and lead generation efforts.

Develop and manage the marketing operations budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximum return on investment. Align budgets worldwide with regional marketing teams and ensure effective use of marketing partners (e.g. agencies).

Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform market-ing communications improvements.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows as needed.

Responsible for the lead generation in EMEA, ensuring proper use and continuous improvement of CRM usage.

Manage relationship with key agencies / global vendors that supports Marketing operations.

Ensure CRM processes are used and continuously improved to achieve Marketing operations goals more effectively.

Stay up to date on the novel digital customer experience tools and work with Digital Customer In-terface team to support the development of the digital infrastructure.
  • Master\'s degree required (ideally Marketing, Digital, but also Science possible), MBA is preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, applications of sales roles, preferably with-in the high-tech industry and leadership experience

Proven track record of developing and executing successful global marketing campaigns

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing intercultural teams.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse audiences.

Data-driven mindset and experience in using data analytics to inform marketing decisions and guide systematic improvements.

Proficiency in state-of-the-art marketing tools, platforms, and best practices.

Exceptional project management and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Passion for microscopy products and applications in all Sectors

A customer-centric mindset, with a genuine passion for creating customer impact .

Business-fluent in written and spoken English, preferably also German basic knowledge.

Position could be globally, preferably in Europe according to local work regulations.

Up to 30% travel (internationally) required and a Full-time position

Location can be Oberkochen, or somewhere else in EMEA, but also any other global location\n \n \n \n \n \n
