We’re hiring a strategic, hands-on Head of Marketing to own Atlas Metrics’ end-to-end marketing function—brand, demand, product marketing, content, comms, partnerships, and analytics. You’ll build the team, set the strategy, and deliver predictable pipeline for sales while shaping our category narrative

Key Responsibilities



Own the marketing strategy & plan:

Define the GTM strategy aligned to company OKRs; set the annual plan, budget, and channel mix across paid, owned, and earned.

Build predictable pipeline:

Design full-funnel demand gen (paid, organic, ABM, partner co-marketing, events) to deliver qualified pipeline by segment and region.

Lead product marketing:

Craft positioning, messaging, and competitive narratives; drive launches and sales enablement (battle-cards, pitch decks, case studies).

Scale content & SEO:

Own content strategy (blog, reports, webinars), editorial calendar, and SEO to grow high-intent traffic and capture demand.

Brand & communications:

Evolve the brand, oversee PR/analyst relations, awards, and thought leadership to increase share of voice.

Partner & community marketing:

Activate channel/tech partners and relevant communities to expand reach and credibility.

Analytics & ops:

Stand up a data-driven engine (attribution, lead lifecycle, scoring, routing) and define a clear MQLSQLOpportunity framework with Sales Ops.

Team leadership:

Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing team; set clear goals, rituals, and feedback loops.

Budget ownership:

Forecast and manage spend for maximum ROI.

Requirements



7–10+ years in B2B SaaS marketing with 3+ years leading multi-disciplinary teams (demand gen + product marketing + content/brand). Proven track record building pipeline with modern, multi-touch programs (paid search/social, content/SEO, ABM, partner marketing, events). Strong product marketing toolkit: segmentation, positioning, messaging, competitive intel, and enablement. Analytical mindset; fluent with marketing ops and attribution (HubSpot/Salesforce, MAP/CRM hygiene, dashboards, cohort analysis). Excellent storytelling and writing skills; comfortable as a public spokesperson. Experience collaborating tightly with Sales, CS, and Product in a high-growth environment. Bonus: ESG/sustainability, compliance, or data/analytics domain exposure; EU/UK go-to-market experience; German language.

Location




Strong preference for candidates to work from our Berlin office, spending 3 days per week on-site; however, a remote setup (within ±3 hours CEST) is also considered.
