Job Description

About Sunrock

At Sunrock, we don’t just offer jobs, we offer missions. Are you ready to advance your career and contribute to a sustainable future? As part of our fast-growing team in Germany, you’ll play a key role in accelerating the clean energy transition across Europe.

We believe in purpose over routine, people over hierarchy, and progress over comfort zones. Here, you won’t be watching from the sidelines—you’ll be leading from the front. Sunrock is a market leader in large-scale rooftop solar installations in the Netherlands, Germany, and France. But our ambitions go far beyond solar: we deliver integrated energy solutions, including energy management systems, advanced battery storage, and our own energy trading platform. In Germany, we’ve already secured over 250 MWp in project volume, focusing on commercial and logistics real estate. As we expand rapidly, we’re strengthening partnerships with key industry players—and we’re looking for passionate professionals to join us on this journey.

Managing a team of 10+ professionals (Team Leads and Project Managers) you ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
