As Head of HR Germany, you will take full strategic and operational responsibility for all HR matters within our Renewables activities in Germany.
You will shape the structures, processes, and people that drive the success of our offshore and onshore projects – with direct impact on leadership, culture, and business development.
Working closely with the Head of HR Renewables and the management team, you will play a key role in the transformation and growth of an international organization committed to the energy transition.
Your responsibilities – what you will drive
Strategic ownership of the full HR agenda for our German Renewables operations
Advise and support the local management team on leadership and organizational topics
Lead and develop the local HR team in Germany
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent development activities
Design and implement workforce and organizational strategies
Drive cultural transformation and support change and team development initiatives
Ensure compliance with German labor law, works council agreements, and company policies
Shape and implement core HR processes such as performance management, engagement, and learning
Contribute actively to the local Senior Management Team with a strong people & business mindset
What you bring
Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field
Minimum 5 years of HR leadership experience, preferably in international, project-based environments
Strong knowledge of German labor law and experience working with works councils
Proven track record in leadership coaching, organizational development, and change management
Fluency in both German and English (spoken and written)
A proactive, solution-oriented personality with excellent communication skills
